Welcome to Zandoli Exotic Residence!
We are Sandrine and Alex, arrived in Guadeloupe in 1989 for Alex and 1996 for Sandrine. Guadeloupe "took us", that's why today we are here, happy owners of Zandoli Exotic Residence to share with you the "coolness" which characterizes this island and which also characterizes us!

Residence very well located, quiet in a residential area, but close to everything (bakery, shops...).

Apartment with all the comforts. Quiet nights. Pleasant swimming pool. Close to Sainte-Anne. Supermarket not far. Beach a bit far on foot, but barely 5 minutes by car.

Clean, correct and well equipped accommodation. The swimming pool is fine. The situation quite close to the magnificent beach of bois jolan. But what makes our stay at the top is the owners Sandrine and Alex who are great!!! Welcome at 9:00 p.m. with a smile and a little welcome drink, breakfast basket service at the top, valuable advice during your stay, always available. Without forgetting their children who are also super nice and who took time to play with our daughters. They keep a huge memory as well as us. Simply thank you.
A stay in paradise
PERFECT ! That's the perfect word to describe our stay! The residence is as extraordinary as its owners. WE don't miss anything and if we ever have the slightest concern Sandrine and Alex, although they don't live on site, take great care of us! A very beautiful view and a very appreciable comfort! A small aperitif from time to time to keep the conviviality and everything is perfect.... One thing is certain... we will be back! ;)
